Bio-technoprogressive. Adam is the organiser of the Singularity Summit conferences in Australia (2010, 2011, 2012), as well as the H+ Summit @Melbourne (2011, 2012). He is a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Masters of Information Technology (focus: Distributed Systems), and Swinburne with a Diploma in Software Development. He is president of the H+ chapter in Australia, is on the board of Humanity+ global, and is an avid collector of stuff, a midnight oil burner, a skeptic, and loves animals. He is working on a documentary about the Singularity and other satellite subjects. He also wishes to help improve the likelihood of a beneficial Intelligence Explosion.

Adam spends too much time editing futurist video footage, most of it ends up on his YouTube channel.

He likes playing music in his spare time, enjoys a good sci-fi movie, organises futurist/technoprogressive activities outside of the Summits. His first computer was an Apple IIc, his latest is an Android.
